The Build

Still trying to figure out which tank and tail section to use. I like the KZ tank and silver tail section just not sold on it yet. I can't wait to run this engine this was a fun one to build. It has a FBR (Chris Ritchie) topend, Damon kirkland crank, MRE transmission and Mikuni 34mm flatslides. Some parts should be arriving at the end of this week allowing me to get a nice chunk of work done on the chassis next week.

69 KAWASAKI A7RA Dick Hammer

The rolling chassis of this bike was ridden by Dick Hammer at Daytona in 1969, he finished 12th in the 250cc class race. The bike has been upgraded to a 350, with a A7R engine, which itself has been upgraded with the A7RA carbs and pipes.
